Owners Tom and Barbara Tankersley have opened a new gallery in downtown Placerville. Located on Main Street it has hanging on its walls regional and nationally known artists in both 2d art and sculpture. Tom Tankersley’s works in clay, steel and wood, are well crafted and imaginative. One finds the works of local artist Pamela Findleton with her wine and vine themes.

Mokelumne Hill is just off Highway 49 at the junction of California Hwy 26, seven miles south of Jackson. This charming historic mining town is the home to several interesting shops and restaurants and the famous Hotel Leger. The  newly renovated gallery is located on the boardwalk on Main Street.

The gallery is host to several well known artists including Pamela Findleton, Michael Severin, Barbara Conley, Eileen Downs, and many others. It sports the largest collection of Dale Laitinen paintings available to fine art collectors.
